Apps & Crafts began with two full-time legal professionals, Lauren & Tori, who found themselves newly relocated to the Eastern Shore and looking for something simple but hard to find as adults: new friends who loved creativity as much as they did. Crafting became their way of settling in—an easy excuse to gather people, share a laugh, and make something beautiful together.Lauren opened her home for casual craft nights, and what started as a small experiment in building community quickly grew. Soon, their table was surrounded by people who bonded over paint splatters, conversations, and plenty of snacks. It was cozy, fun, and unexpectedly meaningful.Then came the question that changed everything: “Do you do private parties?”
And just like that, what began as a simple way to make connections sparked a bigger idea.Lauren & Tori officially launched Apps & Crafts to bring that same warmth, creativity, and easygoing fun straight into people’s homes.We turn ordinary moments into unforgettable memories. From our own celebrations to yours, we’re all about fun, laughter, and a touch of sparkle!

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 12/16/2025All events booked with Apps & Crafts require full payment at the time of booking. Once payment is received, the selected event date is secured and materials are purchased specifically for your event.Cancellations
All payments are non-refundable.
In the event of a cancellation, no refunds will be issued, and a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.Rescheduling
Events may be rescheduled up to one (1) week prior to the original event date with no additional fee or penalty, subject to availability.
Reschedule requests made within one (1) week of the scheduled event date are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.Cancellations by Apps & Crafts
If Apps & Crafts must cancel an event due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered:
    • A full refund, or
   • The option to reschedule the event at no additional cost.Governing Agreement
This Cancellation & Refund Policy is governed by, and incorporated into, the signed Event Agreement & Liability Waiver (linked here). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, the terms of the signed Event Agreement & Liability Waiver shall control.
